How to Design a Game

I wrote this pdf a while back to try and help out a startup that was having some trouble in the area of design.  Specifically in how to stop being creative and start being practical.  I was reminded of this excellent talk: John Cleese on Creativity in Management.

The document I wrote is more based upon my own experience and how I organised myself in the closed / open modes back then.  You can download the PDF over on the right.
