Manual Labour

It's always hard to visualise creativity.  Computers are good for getting things neat, but not so good for building a layout.  Whenever I get stuck I go back to the physical and grab a pen and start scrawling.

Because the odd/even numbering of pages (assuming a right handed book) has such an impact on how it will be read, I made a mini-rulebook to help me visualise it.

Soon I had the latest iteration ready, including the feedback of various friends who helped me troubleshoot problems with the previous version.

There are still typos and mistakes, and I need two more images, but it's getting close.

The next big task will be the box and cover art.
